• Identity Data: First name, last name, and email address (utilized solely for account creation and digital asset delivery).
• Financial Telemetry: We do NOT store your credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers. All payment processing is handed off to 256-bit encrypted Tier-1 payment aggregators (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). We only store the transaction ID and order status.
• Usage Analytics: IP addresses, browser types, and login timestamps to prevent unauthorized access and Vault sharing.

2. Cookie Protocol & Tracking

NOOR E MAKTAB utilizes essential session cookies to maintain your login state securely. Furthermore, we deploy analytical algorithms (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixels) to monitor aggregated traffic patterns. These pixels do not track your personal identity; they track behavioral flow to help us optimize our UI/UX and ad campaigns. You retain the right to disable tracking cookies via your browser's security console.

3. Data Retention & Destruction

Your user profile and purchase history are stored indefinitely to ensure you always have lifetime access to your acquired digital assets. However, if you wish to exercise your "Right to be Forgotten," you may submit a formal request to our Agency Comms team. Upon verification, we will permanently purge your identity from our JSON database schemas, though this will irreversibly destroy your access to purchased products.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We do not sell, rent, or lease your data to data brokers. Your information is only shared with essential infrastructure partners required to keep this platform operational (e.g., our email dispatch servers and payment gateways). These partners are bound by strict NDA and global compliance frameworks.
