Critical Notice: NOOR E MAKTAB is an entirely digital platform. We do not manufacture, package, or ship any physical products to physical mailing addresses.
1. Instant Digital Delivery Protocol
Our infrastructure is designed for speed and immediate execution. The moment your transaction clears through our payment gateway (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.), our server architecture triggers an automated delivery sequence.
- Delivery Timeline: Access is granted instantly (typically within 5 to 15 seconds) upon successful confirmation of your payment.
- Dashboard Access: The purchased course, blueprint, or digital toolkit will immediately populate inside your personal NOOR E MAKTAB User Dashboard under the "My Acquisitions" tab.
- Email Confirmation: A secondary secure download link and an automated tax invoice (PDF) will be dispatched to the email address you provided during checkout.
2. Geographic Restrictions
Because our delivery mechanism relies purely on cloud infrastructure and email routing, NOOR E MAKTAB digital products are available globally. There are no geographic shipping restrictions, customs delays, or import duties associated with our products.
3. Delivery Failures & Support
While our system operates with 99.9% uptime, localized network issues or strict email firewalls can occasionally delay the delivery receipt. If your dashboard does not update after a successful charge:
- Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder for the email from delivery@nooremaktab.store.
- Ensure you are logged into the exact account/email you used during checkout.
- If the asset is still missing after 30 minutes, contact our technical team immediately at support@nooremaktab.store with your transaction ID. Our team operates out of Lucknow and will manually provision your access within 12-24 hours.
